Does your hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimal shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

How many bundles should I purchase?

We suggest two to three bundles or more for hair lengths 10-16 Inches. For lengths 18-30 inches you will require three bundles or more. Lengths 30-44 inches, you will require four bundles or more.

How do I care for the hair?

We advise that you comb the hair daily. Gently brush the hair from the ends moving towards your scalp. Starting from the ends help to keep the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions. Giving the hair proper washes is recommended.

What grade is your hair extensions?

All of our hair is grade 12A

What does the density mean?

Density is defined as how thick or thin you want your hair to be. The standard density is 130% which is Medium Density. If you do not like your hair to be too thick we suggest starting out with Medium Density. 150% =  Medium to Heavy Density.  180% = Heavy Density.

Does the hair appear natural?

Yes!

How often can I wash the hair?

As often as you like.

Do I need to do anything to the hair in the evenings?

We strongly advise that you not sleep on wet hair. Please ensure your hair is completely dry before sleeping with the hair installed. Rolling your hair in rods at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat used on your hair daily.

How long is processing, shipping and handling?

Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (For example: if you place an order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day; Monday.) Approximate processing time per status:

When will I see updates with my tracking number?

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. Please track your package at www.canadapost.com. Please check your junk mail if you do not see the email in your inbox. Can changes be made to my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed no changes can be made
